Careers
We are currently hiring for Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Personal Care Aides and uncertified Personal Care Aides. You may apply online or in person. Once application is reviewed we will contact you to bring in remaining components.
Licensed Practical Nurses:
- Six months prior experience (excluding clinicals)
- Driver’s License, Identification card
- Social Security Card
- Nursing License
- CPR Card
- Shot records (including MMR and PPD within the last year)
- Flu shot if applicable
Certified Personal Care Aides:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Driver’s License, Identification card
- Social Security Card
- Certification – PCA, CNA, and HHA accepted
- Shot records (including MMR and PPD within the last year)
- Flu shot if applicable
