Diabetes is managed day by day: meals, medications, movement and foot care. Our caregivers build those routines into every visit.
Because we hold Oregon's highest (Comprehensive) license and train our caregivers hands-on, we can take on diabetes care at home when many agencies won't.
- Shopping and cooking that follows the diet the doctor recommends
- Medication reminders and, where licensed, medication administration
- Help keeping up with blood sugar checks as the care team directs
- Daily skin and foot checks, with any changes reported to the family

Care that meets the moment
Meals & nutrition
Balanced meals that match your loved one's diabetes meal plan, shopped for and cooked at home.
Daily routines
Medications, glucose checks and activity kept on schedule, as directed by the care team.
Watchful eyes
Foot, skin and symptom checks, so problems like sores or low blood sugar get noticed early.
Diabetes Care, answered
Can your caregivers give insulin?
It depends on your loved one's needs and care plan. Under Oregon's Comprehensive license, our caregivers can administer some medications where appropriate. We'll go over exactly what we can do during the free consultation.
Can you help with diabetes and other conditions together?
Yes. Diabetes often comes with heart disease, kidney problems or vision changes. We build one plan of care around everything your loved one is managing.
Do you cook for special diets?
Yes. Our caregivers shop for and prepare meals that follow the diet your loved one's doctor recommends.
