Life-changing, not transactional

A customized plan for your loved one's optimal wellness

Most home care is transactional, a list of tasks to check off. Aspire is different. We build one connected plan of care around your loved one, balancing five factors of well-being so care does more than complete chores. Improved wellness can reduce accidents, readmissions, depression, and bring more happiness.

How it fits together

Built like a temple, around your loved one

Aspire is the foundation. Five wellness factors are the columns. And your loved one is at the top, held up by all of it.

Safety

The foundation of every care plan. Improved safety and wellness can reduce accidents, readmissions and depression, helping your loved one stay safer and healthier at home.

  • A customized safety plan for each client
  • Fall and accident prevention
  • Consistent support that can help lower hospital readmissions
  • Proof of every visit with EVV check-in
Reliable care. Someone who notices.

What our own numbers show

When you're choosing care for someone you love, you want dependable help and someone who pays attention. Both matter to us.

98%

of scheduled care visits delivered

According to our internal tracking, 98 of every 100 scheduled visits are delivered. Our trained Lead Caregivers help keep care in place when illness, car trouble or another unexpected problem keeps the scheduled caregiver from coming. For your family, that means reliable support and a team ready to respond when plans change.

1 of 200

clients hospitalized in a one-year review

In a one-year internal review of 200 Aspire clients, one client was reported hospitalized (0.5% of those included). That client had pneumonia.

A familiar caregiver noticed

The following spring, the same client's caregiver noticed symptoms that raised concern about pneumonia again. The caregiver contacted his family and his doctor. He received antibiotic treatment and didn't need to go to the hospital that time.

A familiar caregiver noticed. The family was informed. Medical attention followed.

That's the kind of attentive support we strive for: showing up, getting to know each person, and speaking up when something changes.

Sources: Aspire Caregiving internal scheduling records and a one-year internal review of 200 clients. These are separate measures. The hospitalization review describes that group's experience; it does not establish that Aspire's care prevented hospitalization or guarantee individual outcomes.
