Recovery after a stroke is demanding, and consistency matters. Our caregivers are trained and supervised to support safe recovery at home.
Because we hold Oregon's highest (Comprehensive) license and train our caregivers hands-on, we can take on stroke care at home when many agencies won't.
- Safe mobility, transfers and fall prevention as strength returns
- Support with the exercises and routines from PT and OT
- Help with meals, personal care, medication reminders and appointments
- Reliable, consistent caregivers: 98 of every 100 scheduled visits delivered

Stroke Care, answered
How soon after a stroke can care start?
Often within 24 hours. Many families call us straight from the hospital discharge planner, and we can have a caregiver in the home the same day or next.
Can you coordinate with our therapists?
Yes. Our caregivers reinforce the exercises and safety routines from physical, occupational and speech therapy so progress continues between visits.
Do you help with high-acuity stroke recovery?
Yes. Oregon's Comprehensive license lets our caregivers support higher-acuity needs, including medication administration where appropriate.
