At the end of life, families want to be family, not exhausted caregivers. We provide the hands-on care so you can spend the time that matters together.
We work alongside your hospice or palliative care team. They lead the medical care, and we provide the hands-on caregiving between their visits, for a few hours a day or around the clock. Palliative care can begin much earlier, when a serious illness is diagnosed, to focus on comfort and quality of life. Our caregivers can be part of that from the start.
- Gentle personal care, repositioning and comfort care
- Companionship and a calm, steady presence for your loved one
- Help around the house so the family can rest and be together
- 24-hour care from a consistent team, when it's needed

Hospice & End-of-Life Care, answered
When should we call?
As early as you can. It takes about two weeks to build a caregiving team that knows your loved one and that everyone feels comfortable with. Too often families call when time is very short. Calling early gives everyone that time.
What's the difference between palliative care and hospice?
Palliative care focuses on comfort and quality of life during a serious illness, and it can start at any stage, even alongside treatment. Hospice is for the final months of life, when the focus shifts fully to comfort. We support families through both, and starting with palliative support early makes the later months easier.
Do you replace the hospice team?
No. Hospice provides nurses, aides, social workers and chaplains for scheduled visits. We provide the hands-on caregiving between those visits, and around the clock if needed, so your loved one is never alone.
Can end-of-life care be 24 hours a day?
Yes. Many hospice families choose our 24-hour care, with awake caregivers, a consistent team and a dedicated Care Advocate as your one point of contact.
